Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items:

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

We will arrange a reverse pickup and offer a replacement or store credit, subject to product availability.

Size Exchange Policy:

You may exchange an item for a different size within 5 days of delivery.

The item must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags attached.

Exchanges are subject to availability. If the desired size is unavailable, we will issue store credit.

Refund Mode:

Refunds will be issued in the form of Xurge Store Credits, valid for 365 days from the date of issue.

No monetary refunds will be provided.
